What you’ll be doing

• Meet with clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties

• Conduct property viewings and present listings clearly and professionally

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors

• Keep property listings accurate, updated, and well managed

• Guide clients on pricing, locations, and current market conditions

• Manage offers, negotiations, and required documentation

• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams when needed

• Strong confidence when communicating with clients

• Background in sales or any customer-facing role

• Willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry

• Organized, consistent, and reliable follow-up habits

• Availability for a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi

岗位职责:

2.基于市场数据为客户提供专业分析，协助制定合理报价并推进价格与条款谈判

3.全程跟进交易流程，包括带看、沟通协调及签约前后相关事务

4.成交后持续维护客户关系，建立长期合作，促进复购与转介绍

5.使用 CRM 系统高效管理客户信息，与团队协作完成销售目标

任职要求

1.大专及以上学历，房地产、市场或相关背景优先

2.具备基础英语沟通能力，能与国际客户日常交流

3.以客户为导向，具备良好的沟通能力与职业责任感

4.认可以结果和佣金为导向的工作模式，对高收有强烈追求
