Role Description
This is a temporary and fully remote role for a Property Broker in Dubai.
The Property Broker will be responsible for managing brokerage activities, driving property sales, and advising on commercial real estate opportunities.
Tasks include engaging with clients, providing detailed property consultations, and facilitating successful rental or purchase transactions.
The role also involves property management tasks and coordinating residential and commercial real estate services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Brokerage and Sales within the real estate industry
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management
- Experience and expertise in New Home Sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines
- Understanding of Dubai's real estate market and trends
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote work
- ARERA certification or similar real estate credentials in Dubai is a plus
