Role Description
This is a temporary, remote role for a Dubai Property Broker.
The role involves facilitating property transactions, advising clients in commercial real estate, managing listings, and ensuring smooth processes for new home sales.
The Property Broker will collaborate with key stakeholders, communicate with potential buyers, sellers, or renters, and support the delivery of DeliWer's property management solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Sales, with skills in managing property deals and negotiations
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management, understanding market trends and property regulations
- Proficiency in New Home Sales, ensuring smooth buyer and tenant processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
- Prior experience in customer-focused industries is a plus
