DNL Properties seeks a driven, results-oriented Property Advisor specializing in secondary-market and off-plan properties.
The role supports clients throughout the property transaction lifecycle, from property selection to closing.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recommend secondary and off-plan properties based on client needs, budgets, and investment goals.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads from marketing channels.
- Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers.
- Conduct viewings and advise on pricing, market conditions, rental returns, and investment potential.
- Manage assigned listings and maintain accurate property information.
- Negotiate offers in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with transaction parties and internal teams to support documentation and timely closings.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, leads, viewings, and transactions.
- Monitor Dubai real estate regulations, new developments, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
