About The Role
Metromax is seeking motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused Property Advisors to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify leads provided by the company.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance based on clients' requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, investors, and developers.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and new project launches.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **1–2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry**, with a demonstrated track record of successful property deal closures.
- **Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.**
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Immediate Joiners Required
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
