This is a full-time role in a

for a Projects Manager, located in the Riyadh Region.
The Projects Manager will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising logistics, expediting processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining efficient communication with stakeholders.
The role requires multitasking across multiple projects while ensuring quality and compliance with specified standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in towers, residential and mixed use projects not less than 8 yrs.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Strong knowledge of Logistics Management, including planning, execution, and resource optimization
- Experience in conducting and overseeing inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards
- Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Familiarity with the regulatory requirements, Saudi Arabia codes & civil defence requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
