A leading Abu Dhabi-based government entity is seeking a highly motivated Project Management Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across multiple functions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project coordination sessions with relevant teams.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance project management practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or project support roles.
- Experience working within government, semi-government, or large organizations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Project coordination and planning
- Stakeholder management
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is considered an advantage.
