The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across multiple functions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for management review.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project coordination sessions with relevant teams.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance project management practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience working within government, semi-government, or large organizations is preferred.
