This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer/Project Engineer for site supervision at Al Shandagha Architects & Engineering Consultants in Dubai.

Qualifications
- Civil - Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings
- Quality Control skills
- Experience in civil engineering projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Project management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during the construction supervision phase, addressing any issues that arise.
- Drive progression via coordination meetings, ensuring all structural obligations are met.
- Liaise with contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience-Site supervision experience in Villas and Buildings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing the work of contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
