Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for CAD Draughtsman at Al Shandagha Architects & Engineering Consultants in Dubai.
The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, planning, elevations, sections and construction drawings on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills for Villas & Buildings.
- Drawing expertise.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Dubai.
- 5-7 + years DUBAI experience is required.
- Proficiency in REVIT is an advantage
Job description
Create detailed architectural drawings based on client specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and refine design concepts.
Ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations in all architectural drawings.
Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. 7+ years of Dubai experience in a consulting company.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Experience
working on residential and commercial building projects.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
