- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to quality standards and business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects across multiple teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
