Missions
The Regional CSR Manager is responsible for implementing the Group s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy within the Regional Office.
He/she drives and supports CSR initiatives relating to planet, people and partners across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and roll out the Group CSR policy at regional level by coordinating CSR representatives based in local agencies
- Identify, implement and monitor flagship CSR projects with local NGOs across the region
- Design and organize CSR initiatives and staff members engagement (including the CSR Ambassador Program)
- Support local sales teams in deploying low carbon solutions
- Implement energy and water efficiency plans as well as waste reduction programs in local offices
- Promote the Group s CSR strategy to external stakeholders and represent the company at local CSR events
- Define and manage the regional CSR budgets and set performance indicators to measure the impact of CSR initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking to maintain a clear vision of CSR practices in the region
Profile And Skills
- Master s degree (or equivalent, 5 years of higher education) in sustainable development or related field
- Strong convictions and keen interest in CSR-related topics
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical and synthesizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in an international environment
- Autonomy, proactivity, leadership and persuasive skills are key assets for success in this role
