- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Senior Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across multiple teams and business functions.
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive continuous improvement across project management processes.

- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
- Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
- Mentor and support project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities.
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable.
