Project Sales Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage project sales in the assigned territory and provide technical offer support through authorized panel builders.
• Meet sales targets, grow the defined region, and drive business development in Saudi Arabia.
• Manage contractor, consultant, end-user, and internal relationships; conduct weekly customer visits and submit planning reports.
• Follow up on projects, develop channels, advance opportunities, and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
• Promote Eaton products across segments and differentiate the value proposition.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, market drivers, SWOT, and product developments.
• Provide timely opportunity updates and submit required reports and surveys by deadlines.
• Liaise with prescription and panel-builder technical teams to secure major opportunities.
• Comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications and skills

• BSc degree in electrical engineering.
• Six to eight years of electrical engineering sales experience; Riyadh experience is preferred.
• Experience managing projects and working with contractors and end users.
• Experience in LV switchgear, LV breakers and components, Busway, ATS, and related products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market, sales channels, and product portfolio.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to develop market strategies, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively.
