We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in tower crane rental and construction projects.
The candidate must be able to secure **1–2 tower crane jobs/projects** through strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring new tower crane rental/installation projects
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed jobs
- Coordinate with internal team for pricing and technical support
- Achieve agreed targets
Requirements
- Experience in tower crane rental or construction field in UAE
- Strong network with contractors and project decision-makers
- Proven ability to secure projects (not just leads)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
