1. Daily Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day operations on site/workshop
- Ensure work is executed according to plans and schedules
- Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues quickly
2. Team Supervision
- Manage and lead workers, operators, and technicians
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Train and guide new employees
- Enforce discipline and company policies
3. Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available
- Follow up on project timelines and deadlines
4. Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications
- Conduct inspections and identify defects
- Implement corrective actions
5. Health & Safety (HSE)
- Enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Report incidents and ensure corrective measures
6. Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress and productivity
- Report delays, issues, and resource needs to management
7. Cost & Efficiency
- Monitor waste, overtime, and operational costs
- Improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
