Key Responsibilities1. Receiving Materials
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities and quality
- Check delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Report any shortages or damages immediately
2. Storage & Organization
- Store materials properly (steel, fittings, tools, equipment)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse/store
- Ensure proper labeling and identification
3. Inventory Control
- Maintain stock records (manual or system)
- Monitor stock levels and inform procurement when low
- Conduct regular stock checks / audits
4. Issuing Materials
- Issue materials to site or production based on request
- Ensure proper documentation (material request forms)
- Track material movement (in/out)
5. Logistics Support
- Coordinate with drivers for delivery and collection
- Assist in loading/unloading of materials
- Prepare materials for dispatch
6. Documentation
- Maintain records of:
• GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Delivery Notes
- Stock reports
- Ensure all documents are accurate and updated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
