Role overview

Location and work setting

Procurement responsibilities

• Source HVAC/MEP materials, including ducting, copper piping, insulation, chillers, FCUs, and AHUs.
• Prepare RFQs, cost comparisons, and purchase orders according to specifications and budgets.
• Follow up on deliveries and track goods received notes and invoices to avoid site delays.
• Manage inventory and stock replenishment across multiple sites.
• Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms; maintain vendor relationships.

Project coordination responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams on daily schedules and progress monitoring.
• Maintain procurement records, delivery logs, and progress reports.
• Ensure HSE and quality compliance on site.
• Resolve procurement and scheduling issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Update daily and weekly project reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HVAC procurement and project coordination experience in the UAE; Dubai experience is mandatory.
• Background in HVAC contracting, MEP, or building services; HVAC contracting is prioritized.
• Basic HVAC/MEP knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Currently in Dubai and available for immediate site visits.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Building Services is preferred.
• Advanced Excel is mandatory; ERP/Odoo or project management software is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
