Role overview
Coordinate HVAC procurement and project execution for premium projects in Dubai.

Procurement responsibilities
- Source HVAC/MEP materials such as ducting, copper piping, insulation, chillers, FCUs, and AHUs.
- Request quotations, compare costs, and prepare purchase orders against specifications and budgets.
- Follow up deliveries, track goods-received notes and invoices, and prevent site delays.
- Manage inventory and replenishment across multiple sites.
- Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms; maintain vendor relationships.
Project coordination responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules and monitor progress with project managers and site teams.
- Maintain procurement records, delivery logs, and progress reports.
- Ensure site HSE and quality compliance.
- Resolve procurement and scheduling issues with vendors and internal teams.
- Provide daily and weekly project updates.
Mandatory qualifications
- Have 2–4 years of HVAC procurement and project coordination experience in the UAE; Dubai experience is mandatory.
- Have an HVAC contracting, MEP, or building services background; HVAC contracting is prioritized.
- Know basic HVAC/MEP systems and be able to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Bring strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to handle multiple projects.
- Currently be in Dubai and available for immediate site visits.
- Advanced Excel is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Building Services is preferred.
- ERP/Odoo or project management software experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
