Project Manager - with Insurance/TPA exp

Job Purpose

And Duties

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks and mitigation plans, RACI, budgets and resource forecasts
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes ensuring timely escalation and resolution in line with the governance processes
• Co-ordinate cross-functional teams, clients and vendors to ensure efficient execution and accountability
• Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and the PMO
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and approved budget while meeting quality expectations
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops as required
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, issue resolution and decision facilitation
• Capture lessons learned and best practices

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM or equivalent is preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
• Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong team coordination, problem solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting and presentations
• Relevant experience in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in delivering projects in a structure project management environment
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery, cross functional team and multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing third-party vendors, suppliers and other external partners
