Job Purpose
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing and closing projects in alignment with organizational strategy, scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
The role ensures effective coordination across cross-functional teams, proactive risk and issue management, and clear stakeholder communication to deliver projects that achieve defined business objectives and value.
The PM works within the PMO’s governance framework and contributes to continuous improvement of project management standards and practices.

And Duties
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMO standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risks and mitigation plans, RACI, budgets and resource forecasts
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes ensuring timely escalation and resolution in line with the governance processes
- Co-ordinate cross-functional teams, clients and vendors to ensure efficient execution and accountability
- Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and the PMO
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and approved budget while meeting quality expectations
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops as required
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, issue resolution and decision facilitation
- Capture lessons learned and best practices

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM or equivalent is preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Strong team coordination, problem solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting and presentations
- Relevant experience in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in delivering projects in a structure project management environment
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end project delivery, cross functional team and multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing third-party vendors, suppliers and other external partners
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
