Job Purpose
The Recruiting Associate Analyst plays a key role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This position is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing recruitment documentation, and assisting with onboarding logistics.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced HR environment.
Responsibilities And Duties
· Leverage AI tools and visual platforms such as PowerPoint and Canva to support recruitment initiatives, enhance candidate attraction, and create engaging hiring presentations and content
· Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates through online channels and other professional networks.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
· Support in other recruitment-related documentation.
· Liaise with candidates to provide updates, collect documents, and answer queries.
· Support pre-employment checks including reference verification and background screening.
· Conducting and marking company assessment (aptitude and general written assessment).
· Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.
Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles, preferably in recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
