Role Overview
Lead and oversee large-scale construction projects in the United Arab Emirates from planning through completion.
Ensure construction projects meet quality, safety, scope, budget, and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee project schedules, resources, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of postgraduate experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management, site operations, and construction regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
