Planning and project controls
- Develop detailed project plans for scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, and define objectives and milestones.
- Establish project management methods for phases from design through handover.
- Coordinate schedule updates, monitor progress, address delays, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Budget, risk, and quality
- Prepare and control budgets, track actual costs against forecasts, optimize resource use, and support accurate, timely invoicing.
- Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactive solutions.
- Coordinate quality inspections and corrective actions to meet standards and project specifications.
Team, contracts, and stakeholders
- Organize and supervise project teams, allocate responsibilities, provide guidance and training, and foster collaboration.
- Manage contractor, supplier, and subcontractor agreements, changes, variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities; coordinate meetings and resolve disputes.
Delivery, compliance, and closeout
- Monitor performance indicators, review results, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, delivery, inventory, and resource distribution with logistics and procurement.
- Enforce site safety protocols and audits, and ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local laws.
- Oversee final inspections, commissioning, handover, closeout reports, as-built drawings, and warranty documents.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, in Civil or Architecture or a relevant specialization.
- At least 15 years of proven hands-on experience in contracting, finishing, and interior decoration.
- Advanced knowledge of the field of work and the company's business activities.
- Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
