Project Manager Spatial Experiences (m/f/d)

Project responsibilities

• Lead complex international projects from planning through execution and completion, overseeing project organization and control.
• Develop and implement master schedules; monitor quality, deadlines, and cost control; conduct project reviews and report to stakeholders.
• Manage concurrent projects from pre-construction through closeout and ensure compliance with ethics requirements.
• Participate in tender design, submission, and review; lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
• Tender, negotiate, and award subcontractor supplier contracts; coordinate resource planning with Crew Management using EasyJob.
• Work with QHSE on site to ensure project deliveries meet HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Build client networks, pursue growth opportunities, and initiate new projects.

Candidate profile

• Proven project management or engineering and project coordinator experience with turnkey scenic, fit-out, or AVL projects, including museums, visitor centers, EXPO pavilions, and permanent or semi-permanent installations.
• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Technical understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems and control, and experience with current technologies for large-scale installations.
• Proven ability to create and manage large budgets; strong industry network in the UAE and KSA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency is required.
• Flexibility to work according to industry requirements and understanding of complex technical, business, and contractual relationships.
