Your mission
Create, edit, and customize PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client communications, project references, proposals, award submissions, and management updates.
Turn complex briefs and information into clear, well-structured presentations aligned with BeWunder's brand standards.
The role calls for speed, accuracy, creativity, organization, and the ability to build familiarity with the company's work and context.
Key responsibilities
- Create, edit, and customize PowerPoint presentations using company brand identity and templates.
- Prepare presentations for clients, management, project references, internal updates, awards, and business development.
- Turn raw information, notes, documents, and project details into clear, visually strong slides; update existing presentations with new content and visuals.
- Check presentations for visual consistency, structure, formatting, and spelling errors.
- Collect and follow up on information from internal team members to complete work on time.
- Build knowledge of company projects, people, capabilities, markets, and history; respond to urgent requests while maintaining quality.
- Adapt presentations to clients, partners, management, and internal teams; organize files, templates, and visual assets.
- Support requests during key deadlines, management meetings, client presentations, and project submissions.
Your profile
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including layout, formatting, visual hierarchy, and slide structure.
- Good eye for design, spacing, consistency, and brand alignment; excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Quick learner who can understand project and company context, clarify missing information, and follow up proactively.
- Able to manage multiple requests, multitask, and deliver professional work under tight timelines.
- Presentation design, marketing support, business development support, or similar experience is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools are a plus; German or Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability to support urgent presentation requests around key deadlines and events.
