Project Manager

As part of our PMO team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will:

Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans to achieve successful project outcomes.

Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.

Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Monitor project progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.

Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex project environments.

Drive safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.

We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, construction, or related industries.

You may be:

A Project Manager looking for greater ownership and field leadership responsibility.

A Commissioning Manager seeking larger and more complex projects.

A Senior Commissioning Engineer or Site Manager ready to step into broader project leadership.

You'll bring:

3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.

Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, risk, and site operations.

Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capability.

The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.

A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
