Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced **Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Medium -scale infrastructure and road projects across the UAE, with proven leadership in site execution, project coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for road and infrastructure projects
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Review and manage site documentation, approvals, and reporting
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules and deliverables
Requirements
✅ Minimum **7+ years of experience** in roads & infrastructure projects (UAE experience mandatory)
✅ Currently based in the UAE
✅ Valid UAE Driving License
✅ Strong knowledge of road construction, utilities, and infrastructure works
✅ Proven leadership and project management skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month ( we shall make a lump sum contract for 4 months upon negotiations)
