Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven
Senior Project Manager
to lead the execution of large-scale, high-value projects across multiple sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle — from project initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, and final handover — while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
Candidates currently based in the UAE with prior GCC experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, quality, commercial, and HSE requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement timelines, and milestone deliverables.
- Drive coordination between engineering, procurement, design, site execution, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct project review meetings, client presentations, and progress reporting sessions to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost impacts.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health & safety policies across all project phases.
- Oversee project documentation, contract administration, variation management, claims, and final handover documentation.
- Monitor project financial performance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency to maximize project profitability.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and professional project management practices.
- Support senior management with strategic planning, resource allocation, and business growth initiatives when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 7-15 years of progressive project management experience
- in Construction, MEP, Interior Fit-Out, AV Systems, Infrastructure, or Engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and high-value projects within budget and timelines.
- Strong understanding of project planning methodologies, scheduling tools, budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive management approach.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Prior GCC project management experience is mandatory.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
