is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our PMO team and lead the successful delivery of Telecom, ICT, Cybersecurity, ELV, and IT Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle — from contract award, planning, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, execution, testing & commissioning, up to final project handover — while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution and overall project delivery
- Review project contracts, scope, specifications, drawings, risks, and deliverables
- Develop project execution plans, baseline schedules, milestones, and reporting structures
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams for technical and material submittals
- Lead procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, logistics, and supplier management
- Monitor manufacturing progress, FAT, inspections, shipment planning, and site delivery readiness
- Oversee site execution, installation, testing & commissioning, SAT activities, and final handover
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, contractual, and technical standards
- Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, invoicing, cash flow, risks, claims, and change management
- Prepare progress reports, management dashboards, forecasts, recovery plans, and client communications
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction
& Experience
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
✔ PMP Certification is preferred
✔ 7–10 years of experience in EPC, Telecom, ICT, Cybersecurity, ELV, or IT Infrastructure projects
✔ Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from award to handover
✔ Experience in project execution, stakeholder management, procurement, contracts, and project controls
✔ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is highly preferred
