Role Purpose
The Project Coordinator will function as a key support resource within the PMO, working closely with Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects.
The role is designed to provide structured coordination, governance support, and operational assistance across core project management functions including planning, cost control, document control, procurement, contracts administration, design coordination, and invoicing.
The position will ensure alignment with organizational processes, enhance project visibility, and contribute to efficient and controlled project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom / Cyber Security / Low Current / Electrical Engineering from a reputable Saudi or international university with strong academic performance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals (PMI-based approach preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/PMIS systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
- is desirable.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to multi-project environments will be preferred.
