Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution in alignment with client goals, project scope, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, and consultants to enable effective collaboration and communication.
• Track progress against schedules and budgets and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks and proactively address project issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management and clients; prepare and review project reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Build client relationships, oversee project milestones, and support proposals through resource planning, cost estimation, and scope definition.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including timeline, budget, and resource management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of project management experience, including successful delivery of large or complex projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Experience delivering large-scale renewable energy projects in the Middle East is an advantage.
