  • What is Required
  • To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
  • Minimum a bachelor ́s degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within the energy, renewable energy (solar PV, wind, and/or battery storage) or industrial automation sectors
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial & industrial (C&I) and/or utility-scale projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery, while balancing scope, schedule, and financial constraints
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client needs and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • We conduct pre-employment drug and background screening
  • It would be a plus to have:
  • Certifications in project management
  • Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870‐5‐104 (IEC104), IEC 61850, DNP3, or similar
  • You possess exceptional communication skills that enable you to clearly articulate goals, expectations, and feedback, fostering collaboration and minimizing misunderstandings. Your emotional intelligence empowers you to empathize with stakeholders and address conflicts constructively.
