Project Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and track project schedules, including trade manpower loading.
- Establish project cost control centers for equipment, materials, labor, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.
- Direct shop drawing development and coordinate planning with other trades.
- Develop piping trade construction standards.
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Inspect jobsites for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.
- Follow up on warranty work and maintain owner contact for customer satisfaction.
- Create project documentation, participate in customer interactions, manage large jobs, and estimate scope changes.
Project Head Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects across multiple sites.
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, profitability, client relationships, stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors, and procurement.
- Oversee quality, safety, statutory compliance, project monitoring, MIS reporting, and risk management.
- Handle contract administration, billing, and collections.
- Provide technical leadership for VRV/VRF, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation, ducting, and piping.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Commercial HVAC project experience is required, with the applicable experience level depending on the selected position.
- Project Head candidates must have leadership experience in HVAC projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- An MBA is preferred for the Project Head position.
- Knowledge of VRV, AHU, chillers, pre-handover, handover, AMC, and as-built processes is required.
- MS Project or Primavera, ERP, cost control, contract management, and client management skills are required.
- Strong communication, organization, and proactive project management skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is ₹65,000–₹80,000 per month.
- Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Work location is in person.
- Travel may be required according to business needs.
