Project Head in the Projects department, based in Mumbai, with travel as business requirements dictate.
Leads end-to-end execution of multiple HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, profitability, client satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects across multiple sites; lead Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability; monitor project progress, MIS reporting, and risks.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholders, vendors, subcontractors, and procurement.
- Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Administer contracts and manage billing and collections.
- Provide technical leadership for VRV/VRF, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation, ducting, and piping.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–18 years of experience in HVAC projects, including leadership experience.
- MBA is preferred.
Skills
- Leadership and communication; MS Project or Primavera; ERP; cost control; contract management; client management.
Work location
- Mumbai-based role with travel as required by business.
- Work location is in person.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹9,580.70–₹41,023.56 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
