Project Manager (PMP or PRINCE2 Certified)

About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with PMP or PRINCE2 certification to lead and successfully deliver projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets while managing resources, stakeholders, and risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate internal resources and external vendors Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management Ensure adherence to project management frameworks (PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies) Maintain proper project documentation and reporting Requirements: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field 3–7+ years of project management experience Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience in [insert industry: IT, construction, finance, etc.] Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus Experience working in dynamic or fast-paced environments Key Competencies: Leadership and team coordination Strategic planning and execution Risk and issue management Problem-solving and decision-making Stakeholder management
