Overview
- Manage complete High Voltage OHTL project execution activities.
- Lead project teams during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction plans.
- Handle project risks, technical issues, and site challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with SEC standards and project specifications.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.
- Supervise site activities related to transmission towers, stringing, foundations, and overhead line installation.
- Support procurement and engineering teams during project execution.
- Ensure implementation of HSE standards throughout project activities.
