Overview
- Lead and manage all HSE activities across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, SEC, and National Grid HSE requirements.
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and safe work practices.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all project teams.
- Coordinate with project management to ensure safe execution of OHTL and transmission line activities.
- Monitor work activities related to tower erection, stringing, excavation, lifting operations, and energized work.
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and company policies.
