Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP quality, safety and schedule and represent the owner with contractors, consultants, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate OFCI/OFE equipment delivery and factory witness inspections, checking compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
• Coordinate power distribution from substation to data modules and manage power-availability risks for commissioning.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and energisation of SDCs and PMDCs, and support equipment handover.
• Work with design, civil, structural and architectural teams; conduct quality inspections and support closeout and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Proven MEP management experience across the full construction lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, energisation and power distribution, including coordination with HV suppliers and GC/D&B contractors.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills; an organised, detail-oriented approach.

Advantageous experience

• Data centre or mission-critical environment experience is ideal.
• Field or on-site delivery experience and familiarity with OFCI/OFE procurement, factory witness testing and commissioning processes are advantageous.
