Job purpose

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery to agreed time, cost and quality within the Bank's Change Framework, processes, risk controls and governance metrics.
• Contribute to business cases and ensure projects align to strategy, value, benefits and business outcomes.
• Direct assigned business analysts and test managers; coordinate resources across IT, platform, business and supplier teams.
• Manage project budgets, supplier support and third-party contractual and commercial processes.
• Produce and track delivery plans; coordinate release and environment scheduling.
• Work with PMO on standards and reporting, and facilitate governance forums for timely stakeholder decisions.
• Coordinate with architecture, information security and privacy teams to meet bank standards and share project lessons learned.
• Contribute to the Bank's change-management capability and keep knowledge current with internal and industry practices.

Risk responsibilities

• Manage project risks by following internal policies and procedures and maintaining effective risk controls against RCSA performance metrics.
• Escalate risks and issues in line with internal governance processes and controls.

Person specification

• Good understanding of financial services, particularly wealth management, private banking and commercial banking.
• Knowledge of the Bank's proposition, products and services is desirable, not required.
• Ability to understand the client side of change and manage client impact and communications.
• Experience of the people side of change, understanding the business and how to implement change.
