Overview
Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in Joinery & Fitout industry.
Responsible for overseeing the fit-out phase of projects within the schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
The role will involve coordinating and liaising closely between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage the design and construction process for Joinery projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and other project-related documentation.
Professional-level experience in project operation practices and systems, such as Microsoft.
Project, Primavera P6, or Procore.
Good understanding of construction contracts and leases, able to interpret drawings and specifications.
Experience
in delivering Joinery/Fitout Projects Commercial & Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
