About This Role
Job Purpose
Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and in line with the defined scope and business value.
The role covers all project aspects, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication from initiation to completion.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts between product management and project teams ((web, mobile, SaaS platforms)
- Translate product features into detailed requirements, timelines, and milestones
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Agile Delivery & Team Management
- Apply Agile principles to ensure regular and timely delivery of business value
- Lead team efforts to meet committed delivery plans within constraints
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement
- Conduct retrospectives and follow up on improvement actions
- Ensure team alignment, communication, and productivity
Risk, Cost & Quality Management
- Identify and manage risks and issues with appropriate mitigation plans
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Perform quality control throughout project lifecycle
- Take corrective actions to ensure project success
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Manage stakeholders and maintain strong communication channels
- Provide regular updates to senior management and escalate key risks/issues
- Support Product Managers in managing customer expectations
- Lead negotiation and conflict resolution when needed
Performance & Process Improvement
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Measure team and project performance to identify improvements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP certification preferred
Experience
- 7–9 years of experience in project management
- Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile environments
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Advanced planning and scheduling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Cost and risk management expertise
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to delegate effectively
