Role Description
This is a part-time Project Manager role based in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site work with the flexibility to work from home.
The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and monitor healthcare advisory and long-term care projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Responsibilities
include defining project scope, creating work plans, managing task assignments, and tracking milestones and deliverables.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, preparing project documentation and status reports, and escalating risks or issues as needed.
The Project Manager will also support process improvement, ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards, and contribute to the development of efficient workflows and best practices across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Experience in expeditor roles or functions, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of project materials, information, and approvals.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and Inspection to coordinate resources, manage vendors, and verify compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at different levels, build collaborative relationships, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a part-time, hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, project management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and project management software to support hybrid work across on-site and remote settings.
