Project Manager – Healthcare Facilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead the planning and execution of
• hospital renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from
• concept and design through to completion and handover
• Ensure projects are delivered on
• time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Facilities & Technical Oversight

• Oversee
• MEP systems, infrastructure upgrades, and asset lifecycle projects
• Coordinate closely with
• FM teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure integration of medical equipment and technical systems within project scope

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure full compliance with
• DOH, DHA (where applicable), and international standards (JCI)
• Maintain strict adherence to
• health, safety, and infection control protocols
• Manage approvals, permits, and regulatory submissions as required

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key interface between
• clinical, operational, and technical teams
• Coordinate with senior leadership on
• capital projects and strategic initiatives
• Manage external contractors and consultants to ensure performance and accountability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum
• 8–12 years of experience
• in:
• Healthcare project management
• Hospital facilities or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing projects in
• live hospital or clinical environments
• Strong understanding of:
• **MEP systems in healthcare facilities**
• **Regulatory frameworks (DOH/DHA/JCI)**
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
