About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee social media and creative projects on behalf of our clients.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping campaigns on track and ensuring deliverables, from media buying plans to final video edits, are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role has strong growth potential: while you will start with one client engagement, you will have the opportunity to expand into managing multiple accounts as the practice grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact, managing day-to-day communication and expectations
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee social media campaigns end-to-end
- Oversee media buying/ digital ad placement processes, including coordination with inhouse digital ad buyer
- Oversee video editing and creative production workflows, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
- Build and maintain detailed reports including: project timelines, status reports, and budgets
- Identify risks and proactively communicate solutions to clients and internal teams
- As the role grows, manage multiple simultaneous client engagements
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience, ideally within a social media, creative agency, or digital marketing environment
- Strong client management skills: confident, clear communicator who builds trust quickly
- Familiarity with media buying and the social media production process
- Experience coordinating video editing or creative production pipelines
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills are a strong plus, though not required
- Based in Dubai or immediately available to relocate
Hours/Salary Expectations
- The salary expectations varies depending on the time commitment
- We initially anticipate 10hrs a week and a salary of AED 3,650
- Salary and responsibility can increase considerably with the expansion of the role and responsibilities
