The Head of Digital Transformation, Productization & Commercial Alignment, is responsible for transforming the organization’s existing platforms, solutions, services, and capabilities into clear, modular, commercially viable digital products.
The role bridges business, product, commercial, customer, and delivery teams to ensure that digital offerings are well-defined, market-ready, easy to sell, and scalable to deliver.
This role does not own corporate strategy.
Instead, it translates the Chief Digital Officer’s priorities and the organization’s strategic direction into practical digital transformation initiatives, productized offerings, commercial packages, and go-to-market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the
- enterprise AI-enabled platform architecture and technical strategy
- Drive
- platform modernization
- into modular, reusable, cloud-native, and secure systems
- Design and oversee
- AI capabilities
- , including agentic workflows, automation, and reusable AI components
- Establish
- API-first architecture, enterprise integrations, and data access models
- Define and implement
- AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and security controls
- Lead
- innovation initiatives (POCs, pilots, MVPs)
- and ensure technical scalability into production
Requirements (Technical Focus)
- Proven experience in
- enterprise architecture, digital platform design, or large-scale system modernization
- Strong hands-on exposure to
- AI, automation, data platforms, or intelligent systems
- Deep understanding of
- APIs, microservices, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud platforms
- Experience designing
- scalable, secure, and modular platform architectures
- Knowledge of
- AI governance, cybersecurity, and controlled data access models
- Ability to translate
- technical architecture into practical, enterprise-grade solutions
