Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple workplace fit-out projects in the region under the mentorship of Directors and Senior Project Managers.
- Work alongside commercial and design teams and manage external consultants, contractors, and client teams.
- Manage the pre-contract and post-contract phases of projects.
- Lead meetings and own the action tracker.
- Manage information flow, timelines, and deliverables across project teams.
- Drive site progress and quality.
- Oversee contract administration and formal project reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a project management consultancy firm is preferred.
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
