Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium-scale projects or scopes within larger projects.
• Oversee design, commercial, project controls, procurement and reporting to meet quality, programme and client requirements.
• Manage project plans, programmes, budgets, cashflows, risk registers, change controls and project documentation.
• Manage design processes, tendering, procurement, vendor selection, evaluations and contract administration.
• Oversee cost management, payment applications, variations, final accounts, benchmarking and value engineering.
• Lead client, consultant, contractor and supplier meetings and maintain professional client relationships.
• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations and contract correspondence.
• Review junior deliverables, provide mentoring and lead the UK and Europe-based team.

Requirements

• Have a strong background in project management and commercial and project delivery oversight.
• Have experience managing multiple small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision.
• Understand the full project lifecycle, including pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Have knowledge of commercial management, cost planning, procurement, contract administration and project management.
• Have experience with FIDIC or equivalent contracts, variations, claims, payment applications and final accounts.
• Understand programmes, critical path, design stages and construction processes.
• Have experience with cost estimates, cost plans, BOQs, cashflow forecasts, cost reports, benchmarking and value engineering.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF markup software, AutoCAD LT and Causeway.
• Understand HSE, construction technology, sustainability and industry best practices.
