Project Manager role focused on planning, coordinating, and delivering interior fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise project planning, site contractors, fit-out works, interior fixings, and equipment.
- Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in a comprehensive project plan.
- Manage the budget and expenses; negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary client contact, provide updates, understand requirements, and address concerns.
- Coordinate architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors; assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with client specifications, and address deficiencies.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure materials are delivered to the project site on time.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed; maintain contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders.
- Develop schedules, identify critical paths, monitor progress, and adjust plans to address delays and support timely completion.
- Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 years of fit-out experience required.

- Work is in person; the posting specifies Dubai as the work location.
