Manage interior fit-out construction projects, coordinating clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors through timely, quality delivery.
Project delivery
- Develop project plans defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Oversee budgets and expenses; negotiate supplier and subcontractor prices for cost-effective solutions.
- Act as primary client contact, provide project updates, and address concerns.
- Coordinate architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors; assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
- Inspect interior fit-out work for quality and conformity with client specifications, design, and scope.
- Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material delivery to the project site.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed throughout the project.
- Maintain contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders.
- Develop schedules, identify critical paths, monitor timely completion, and adjust plans to address delays.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Eight years of UAE interior fit-out experience.
- Construction industry experience.
- AutoCAD and other design and project management tools.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills; excellent organization and time management; demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person; the posting identifies Dubai as the required location.
