Supervise and manage site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Site delivery and coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure site works follow interior design and shop drawings and design intent.
- Coordinate installation of furniture, partitions, ceilings, MEP interfaces, and finishing works.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues and maintain communication across the site team.
Quality, schedule, and records
- Monitor materials, workmanship, and quality against project standards; conduct daily site inspections and maintain safety compliance.
- Verify quantities and materials, support timely procurement, and maintain progress reports, site observations, and daily logs.
- Keep works on schedule and aligned with approved specifications; assist with cost control, variations, and resource allocation.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture is mandatory.
- At least five years of experience in interior fit-out projects is required.
- Proven experience managing high-quality interior design works and understanding materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Site management, coordination, problem-solving, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to quality.
